Key Features
•Shore Hardness: 60° ± 5°.
•Temperature: -20°C up to +70°C.
•Good resistance to petroleum, oils and greases.
•Commonly used in the automotive sector.
Advantages:
For general-purpose applications requiring oil resistance Nitrile (Butadiene Acrylonitrile, Buna-N, NBR) is the polymer of choice.
NBR rubber sheet has outstanding resistance to oil, gasoline, petroleum based hydraulic fluids and hydrocarbon solvents. NBR Rubber sheet can offer good resistance to alkalis and acids. Nitrile can be formulated to have a wide range of service temperatures.
Limitations:
NBR rubber sheet is not recommended for applications involving exposure to ozone, weathering, heat and sunlight. Neoprene rubber sheet offers poor resistance to polar solvents such as esters, ketones, chlorinated solvents, or nitro carbons.
NBR rubber sheet have strict testing before loading.
Hardness and density testing for NBR rubber sheet is necessary.
Tensile strength and Enlongation testing promise High quality standard for NBR rubber sheet.
We have rollers in inner package to protect NBR rubber sheet for damage.
And have film in each layers to prevent NBR rubber sheet sticking together .
The good loading can prevent any damager during the long transportation
